    Add Medibuntu repositories for

w32codec: This will play my rmvb files.

Chinese font settings under an English installation:

Edit: Found out that Germany is also affected by this ban from http://shanghaiist.com/2007/12/07/baidus_mp3_sear.php

Using Baidu MP3 to search for lyrics is still disabled, as with searching for mp3’s for international users in the US or Germany.

  • Apploc

I wished I found this program out earlier since I have programs from the mainland and some from HK and runing both of them at once is a big mess. Since mainland uses GB and HK uses Big5 it doesn’t work out well, but apploc allows me to run a program in a different codepage than the system deafult.

  • Chinese New Year

Posted on January 21st, 2004 wt8008 No comments

It was New Year in China this morning at 8 AM. If you were watching CCTV you could see the show on it. I think it would be replayed tonight on channel 26.

    Some phrases:
    xin1 nian2 kuai4 le4 – san1 nin4 faai3 lok6

gong xi fa cai – gong hei fat choi

$$$ for me… college is expensive I would be able to afford 2 more pages in a book.
